About
Mechanical engineering student at UC Berkeley interested in robotics, materials, and space. Currently working on the high-voltage accumulator as a part of Berkeley Formula Electric, while researching thin-film oxide heterostructures for next-gen low-power memory in Ramesh Lab.
Also developing Atlas SMR, a website to evaluate grid capabilities of small modular nuclear reactors and hybrid SMR/renewable energy systems, to inform cost-effective strategies for clean-energy transitions. View all projects →
Technical Experience
Accumulator Mechanical · Formula Electric at Berkeley ↗
Designed and manufactured the attic casing for the high-voltage accumulator, implementing waterproofing and high-dielectric-strength insulation for the 588V pack.
Captain & Hardware Lead · Robotics (FIRST) ↗
Zenith #20424 · Deja Vu #13216 · Serenity #13215
Designed 8 robots in 500+ part Fusion360 assemblies, and used FEA to optimize custom aluminum/3D-printed components for stress, ultimately winning the Robot Design Award 3 times. Mentored 30+ members in Java and CAD, through hands-on worksessions. Raised over $5000 across 3 teams, launched a parts exchange program (Inventry), and developed all 3 team websites.
Founder · Pear Volunteering ↗
Developed app/website connecting 2000+ students, 20+ event organizers, and school admin. Built a secure webhook/CMS-integrated system for scalable data handling and encrypted communication (requires multiple security layers due to sensitive, FERPA-protected student data).
SLC & Program Member · STEM Leadership Institute ↗
Trained 120 middle school STEM students on Arduino and engineering design process for science fair projects (SLC). Designed mock competition and mentored 5 FIRST Lego League teams (SLC). Member of the 6-year selective program (SLI), committing 1800+ hours to projects, STEM sessions, and advanced coursework.
Work Experience
Mechanical Engineering Intern · Posha (Formerly Nymble) ↗
Repaired 20+ customer cooking robots by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
Squash Coach · Bay Club
Coached 15+ students age 5-12 in tournament prep, designing drills and lessons.
